This website is run by LaCroix & Co., LLC, an artist development and record production company based in Austin, Texas.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, artist or project name, links to your music or social media, and your message. Like most websites, our site host (Squarespace) may also collect basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information only to listen to your music, reply to you, and discuss working together. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. It's stored with the services we use to run this site and our email, and we only share it with others if you've agreed to it or if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as it's useful for working together, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time.
